On 10 October 2023, Estonian social partners – the Estonian Employers’ Confederation and the Estonian Trade Union Confederation – signed a national minimum wage agreement for 2024, which approved a minimum wage increase of 95 euros to 820 euros and an hourly wage increase to 4.86 euros.
