Estonian minimum wage

On 5 October 2021, national social partners the Estonian Employers’ Confederation and the Estonian Trade Union Confederation signed a national minimum wage agreement for 2022, which approved a minimum wage increase of 70 euros to 654 euros and an hourly wage increase to 3.86 euros.

Employers and trade unions had agreed not to change the minimum wage for 2021. The minimum hourly wage in 2021 was 3.48 euros. The minimum monthly salary for full-time work was 584 euros.
